1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChasseTrade platform, operated by CHASE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (Company No. 13440998), registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "ChasseTrade"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use an algorithmic trading service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you. Access may be restricted in certain countries.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity.
4. Nature of the Service
ChasseTrade provides access to automated, algorithmic trading bots funded with cryptocurrency. During the testing period all funds are virtual and no real trading is performed. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
5. Deposits, Bonuses and Withdrawals
Deposits are made in cryptocurrency to a unique address generated for your account. Promotional bonuses and deposit matches are non-withdrawable and are subject to separate conditions. Withdrawals require identity verification (KYC), a one-time email code, and are subject to applicable fees and minimums.
6. Risk Acknowledgement
Trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your funds and that past performance does not guarantee future results. Please read our Risk Disclosure Statement carefully.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent security or verification controls, use bots or scrapers against our systems, or engage in market abuse, money laundering, or fraud.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or funds arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes and Termination
We may modify these Terms or discontinue the platform at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
